How much will a full side of lamb cost?

Price is based on the carcass weight. these range from 38-48 lbs.

• $380-$480 for full lamb
• $10/lb for full or
• $11/lb for a half side

How much meat will I receive? 

Typical take home meat is usually 70-80% of the carcass weight.

• 18-20 lbs for half
• 35-40 lbs for full

Do you deliver outside of the Okanagan?

No, at this time we maintain a small list of clients within our local area. 

Will the meat taste gamey or muttony?

We raise hair sheep, while they are smaller framed, they also have a very mild flavour compared to other breeds. Whereas, the woolly breeds of sheep produce lanolin, which gives the meat the taste associated with a mutton.
